摘要
常州市某14~28层高层商住楼群由于使用功能变化,需对原结构进行结构体系改变的综合加固,具体做法是先将混凝土框支梁柱采用增大截面法结合外包型钢法进行加固,对局部梁采用增大截面法结合粘钢板法加固,再拆除原有柱间剪力墙。该工程具有作业难度大、技术含量高、特种施工专业性强等特点。本工程施工完成4年多,加固施工完全满足设计改造的要求。
Comprehensive strengthening construction is necessary to change structure system because of functional change of some 14 to 28 stories high-rise buildings in Changzhou. Most of concrete frame beams and columns are strengthened by enlarging section method and epibely profiled steel method. The other beams are strengthened by enlarging section method and bonding steel plate. The shear walls between columns are demolished. The project has some characteristics of difficult construction, high technical contents, strongly professional special construction etc. This project is finished successfully for four years, and satisfies design'request.
