摘要
轻量级房屋倾斜纠偏施工较一般房屋难。结合工程实例,对某软土地区轻量级房屋采用掏土、堆载加压、反向卸荷联合纠倾法的设计和施工进行了阐述分析,并指出在纠偏加固过程中必须进行全过程监测,并根据监测结果指导纠偏施工。该工程取得了良好的纠偏效果。
Rectification construction of lightweight building is more complicate than general one. Based on some practical project of lightweight building in soft soil area, the design and construction of combining rectification method of soil excavation, heaping load for pressure and reverse unloading are analyzed. It points out that monitoring is necessary for rectification and reinforcement to guide the construction. And this project gains good rectification effect.
