电镀法制取耐磨耐蚀复合镀层的性能研究 被引量:15

摘要 讨论了复合镀层的物理、化学性能。结果表明,复合镀层在镀态是非晶态.在400℃等温时.镀层由非晶态转化为晶态,伴随着NixPy相拆出;在镀液中加入少量的添加剂,能提高复合镀层的硬度、耐磨性和晶化温度;热处理温度对复合镀层的硬度和耐磨性有较大的影响,400℃时.硬度和耐磨性达到最佳值;复合镀层的耐磨性优于硬铬,在腐蚀介质(硝酸除外)中的耐蚀性优于1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢。 The physical and chemical properties of composite coating were invesTigated. The results have shown that composite coating was amorphous state as plated and it was changed into crystalfrom amorphous state when heating temperature was up to 400℃. separating out NixPy phases. Thebardness, wear resistance and crystallizing temperature of composite coat were increased when anamount of additives were added in the bath. The hardness and wear resistance of the composite coatingwere increased with the rising of temperature and they reach their peak values respectlvely at 400℃.The wear resistance of compasite coatings was batter than that of hardchromium and the corrosion resistance in the corrosive media, except nitric acid. had advantage over that of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainlesssteel
