论浙江民族乡镇民族问题与农村问题的同一性

Discussion on the Identity of Nationality Problems and Rural Problems in the Minority Towns of Zhejiang Province

基于问题相关性特征的认识,民族问题与农村问题具有同一性,二者统一于发展,使得不论作为民族意义还是农村意义的民族乡镇都被卷入到工业化和城市化进程当中。在主体民族或城市主导下,浙江民族乡镇作为一个社会区域结构,使得民族问题与农村问题实质上成了结构性问题,形成了产业结构、区域结构与社会结构等问题的同一。由于农村作为民族传统文化的空间载体,当前的民族乡镇社会主义新农村文化建设,关键是要适时推进传统文化的现代性变革。民族问题和农村问题的根本问题是人的问题,二者的解决必然指向人的问题的解决,这就是以人为本。

In the light of the pertinence of problems, the nationality problems and the rural problems have identity and are united in the development, so the minority towns, in the sense of either nationality or rural area, are all involved in the process of industrialization and urbanization. Led by the nationalities or cities, the minority towns of Zhejiang Province are regarded as a social regional structure, both the nationality and rural problems are structural problems essentially, and they unite the problems of industrial structure, regional structure, and social structure. The rural area is regarded as a spacial carriage of traditional culture of nationalities, so in the current cultural building of new socialistic rural area in the minority towns, the key problem is to promote modem reform of traditional culture in time. The fundamental problem of nationality and rural problems exists in the problem of human, and the solving of them inevitably depends on the settlement of human＇s problem, and this is the so- called human- originated point of view.
