This paper discusses technological features of soaking tank used for corn processing, defines temperature,liquid level and valve position as detection parameters.It also talks over measuring method and hardware filtering solution for the three parameters.Proper detection and accurate transformation of the process paratneters of soaking tank provide a basis for automatically controlling the tank by a computer.
