强化高职高专院校职业指导的教育功能,必须要结合所开专业及学生特点,结合学生就业前景,实现职业指导课进教育教学计划;实施有针对性的职业指导课程教学和实践;引进职业测评体系,与职业指导教师的指导相结合,让学生能够准确的定位自己;学校主动谋求与社会资源对接,共同促进学生的职业生涯规划与发展;通过各种方式对毕业生进行诚信教育;充分发挥大学生就业创业协会的作用,提高实践职业指导的效果;把职业精神教育与培养贯穿于学校职业教育的始终。
