转铁蛋白增强青蒿琥酯对A549细胞增殖抑制活性

Synergistic anti-tumor effects of traneferrin and artesunate on A549 cells

目的研究转铁蛋白增强青蒿琥酯对A549细胞的增殖抑制活性。方法采用MTT法检测青蒿琥酯单用或合用转铁蛋白对肺癌A549细胞的增殖抑制作用。结果青蒿琥酯对A549细胞的IC50值为144.76 mg.L-1,青蒿琥酯合用转铁蛋白后IC50值降为45.89 mg.L-1。结论转铁蛋白增强了青蒿琥酯对A549细胞的增殖抑制活性。

Aim To investigate the synergistic anti-tumor effects of transferrin on artesunate, and to observe the induction of apoptosis to A549 cell lines. Methods The inhibitory effects of artesunate, artesunate plus transferrin on A549 cells are tested by means of MTT assay. Results The ICS0 values for artesunnate treated A549 cells were 144.76mg·L^-1 ,while the ICSO values for CNE2 treated by artesunnate plus transferrin are reduced to 45.89 mg·L^-1. Conclusion Transferrin can enhance anti-tumor activity of artesunate in vitro.
