Determination of chlorogenic acid in qingfeiyin by HPLC

目的建立清肺饮的质量控制方法。用HPLC法测定清肺饮中绿原酸的含量。方法采用Sinochorom ODS C18柱，以乙腈-0．4％磷酸水溶液（13：87）为流动相；流速为1．0ml·min^-1；检测波长为327nm。结果绿原酸在27．76～138．8mg·L^-1。范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999；平均加样回收率为98．75％，RSD为1．1％（n=5）。结论本法专属性强，准确度高，重现性好，可作为该产品质量控制的方法。

Aim To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in qingfeiyin by HPLC. Methods The separation was performed on SinochoromODS C18 column,with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid （13：87 ）as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 327 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was from 27.76 to 138.8 mg · L^-1 （ r = 0. 9 999）. The average recovery was 98.75%, and RSD was 1.1% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of qingfeiyin.
