重型颅脑损伤患者入院时间对预后影响的研究 被引量：1

摘要 颅脑损伤（troumatic brain iniury，TBI）是严重影响人类生存质量的疾病，特别是重型颅脑损伤（severe TBI）（GCS3—8分）以其高死残率一直是研究的热点。本文在建立重型颅脑损伤数据库的基础上，回顾性分析了温州医学院附属一院、乐清市人民医院、乐清市第三人民医院3所医院1998年1月1日到2007年12月31日收治的2066例重型颅脑损伤患者的入院时间对预后的影响。现报告如下。
