摘要
文章提出了基于小波包分析和人工免疫的汽轮机转子振动故障诊断的新方法。在本特利实验台上模拟碰摩、不对中、不平衡三种典型汽轮机转子振动故障,用该方法对其进行诊断,诊断结果表明该方法有效。
According to the three typical faults signal of turbine rotor vibration including rubbing,misalignment and mass unbalance which is collected from the Bently experiment setting, adoption the method which combined wavelet packet and artificial immunity to carry on analysis. Diagnostic results indicate:the applica- tion provides a new diagnostic method of turbine rotor vibration faults;wavelet packet possesses good ability of nonstationary signal extraction;similar faults own the minimum antigen-antibody binding energy.
