摘要
针对发电机定子冷却水系统存在的隐患,进行外部水路管道密封垫全部换型、定子绕组(水路)气密试验、外部管道冲洗及定子冷水系统反冲洗和正冲洗试验,并以流量试验作为最终的检验。在制订、筹备、实施的过程中,发现了若干设备隐患和应用操作问题,提出应对措施。
The generator unit state of the cooling water system can affect the normal running of the generator. Be based on the structure without permanence back-flushing design, this article analyses the preparation and practice on the watercourse test of two 700 MW Westinghouse turbo-generator stator cooling water system in Zhuhai Power Plant. By discover the hidden problems, it also explores the influencing factors. The experience and way is applied with an active significance to congeneric generators.
