Discussion on the Control Technique of Leakage Rate of Vacuum System

汽轮发电机组真空严密性直接影响机组煤耗率、热效率以及机组安全运行。文章分析了真空严密性下降的原因,对300 MW及以上机组在安装和运行阶段中,如何确保真空系统严密性的控制进行了阐述和探讨。

The leakage rate of vacuum system of turbine-generator unit is one of key technical indicators of the operation condition of the unit ,which affects the coal consumption, heat efficiency and safe operation of the unit. In this article, the reason of vacuum leakage was analyzed and the control method for leakage rate of the vacuum system of 300 MW unit and above during installation and operation period were discussed.
