摘要
使用实验方法研究了某特大型真空容器使用的密封法兰的制造,找到了最佳的热处理规范和加工工艺路线,为制定简单、可靠、方便、经济、高效的加工路线提供了实验数据和理论根据。最后,对在精加工时不同垫板数量对上密封面平面度的影响进行了有限元分析,确定了必须的支撑点个数,上述的研究结果都在实际的加工中得到采用。
The manufacturing technologies were studied of the sealing flanges of a certain huge vacuum vessel. The best heat-treatment and manufacturing method was found, which gave the experimental and theoretical bases for the formulating of the manufacturing method with simplicity, convenience, low-cost and high-efficiency of the sealing flanges. At last, the effect on the plane of the sealing plane with different supporting points was analyzed and the least necessary supporting points of the flange when fine-manufactured was settled by using the FEM method. The results obtained above had all been applied in the practical flange manufacturing
