摘要 应用媒介共轭,对变速比齿轮齿条式转向器的啮合原理做了进一步研究,提出了导出瞬心和导出瞬心线的概念,并初步探讨了上述概念在变速比齿条展成加工中的应用。 In this paper, the meshing theory of rack and pinion steering gear with variable ratio is studied systematically. Referring its effect on the steering behavior, the ratio characteristic is discussed, with its selection recommended. By applying the theory of conjugate surfaces, the flanks of the rack gearing with the pinion of involute helicoid with variable ratio is analyzed emphatically and some spectacular features are discovered, such as, the flanks are developable, whose waist curve are constant, etc., which would contribute greatly to their machining.
