摘要 研究齿轮参数化系统设计方法,以SolidWorks为开发平台,运用其二次开发工具,提出基于VB的SolidWorks二次开发的基本原理和实现齿轮参数化造型的设计过程。构建了参数化系统设计的四大模块,细化齿轮设计步骤,简化计算和校核过程。系统设计完全实现参数化和自动化,设计思路与实际吻合,形成了一套齿轮参数化设计开发系统,提高设计效率的同时,对其他机械零件的参数化系统设计提供了可供参考的经验。 This paper researches the method of parametdcal system design of gear, using SolidWorks as development platform and using it's secondary development as tool, introduces the basic principle of secondary development of SolidWorks based on VB, and implements the parametrical design of gear. Four modules of parametrical system design are conceived, the gear design steps are separated, the calculation is simplified and the process is verified. Parametrization and automation of system are realized fully, that the manner of design and fact is the same way. At the end, a development system of parametdcal design of gear is formed; it not only advancas efficiency of design, but also provides some useful referenced experience to parametdcal system design of other parts.
