摘要 在分析目前计算方法存在的问题和疲劳试验实际过程的基础上,利用P-S-N曲线方程建立了恒幅应力下机械零构件疲劳可靠性计算的应力-寿命模型,推导出可靠度和可靠寿命的计算公式。该方法可不经过转换直接求解,避免了系统(模型)误差,提高了计算精度,且简便、实用,具有较大的工程应用价值。 On the basis of detailed analysis on the problem of present calculating method and on the real process of fatigue experiments, a stress life model on reliability calculation and predication of reliable fatigue life under constant stress amplitude was established for the first time by useing the P S N curve. This model diminishes the original error and has important practical use.
