摘要
针对KM01型温热理疗床存在的结构振动和噪声偏大的问题,运用有限元分析软件HyperW orks计算理疗床身的结构模态参数,以此为基础,基于拓扑优化的基本理论,建立理疗床身的简化模型。根据对理疗床身简化模型拓扑优化的结果,对理疗床身的结构改进提出了建议并进行了尝试。
The modal parameter of the KM01 physiotherapy appliance bed structure is calculated by virtue of the HyperWorks soft- ware because of its serious structure vibration and noise. Based on the basic theory of topology optimization, a simple modal for to- pological analysis is built and the topological results are used in optimization.
