基于MARC的板料冲压成形过程有限元模拟研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过合理制定零件的成形工艺、模具参数来消除零件缺陷、提高成形品质是金属板料冲压成形的重要任务。通过探讨成形过程的数值模拟来分析金属板料各部分在冲压成形过程中的变形情况,预测成形缺陷,分析影响零件成形品质的因素的方法。以圆筒形拉深件的冲压成形为例,介绍应用商用有限元软件MARC对成形过程进行有限元模拟分析的实现技术,其分析结果与实验相符。 It is important in sheet metal forming to eliminate the defects of products and improve the forming quality by formulating reasonable forming process and parameters of the die. This paper discusses the method of analyzing the thickness deformation of sheet metal, forecasting shortcoming of forming, and finding out the factor to influence forming quality by the way of the numerical value in sheet metal forming. An instance is utilized to explain the procedure. This paper simulates the forming procedure of a typical drawing-cylindrical drawn workpiece via the FES software msc. marc. The thickness distribution of the simulation and experiment shows good agreement.
