摘要
介绍了研究大型汽轮发电机组四可倾瓦轴承负荷传感器的目的和意义,分析了五种轴承负荷传感器,特别是桥式双剪切梁传感器的结构特征及其设计准则。分别用解析法和有限元方法的计算结果与试验结果进行了比较。研究结果表明,所研究的负荷传感器原理正确,结构设计合理,可用于四可倾瓦轴承负荷的测试。
For load measurement in a 4 pad tilting pad bearing used in large turbine generator sets, effort has been made to design a suitable load cell which can be built in in the bearing. Five different structures, especially the shearing bridge structure and its design criteria are analyzed and discussed. The results from analogy analysis, finite element method(FEM) and experiment analysis are presented. The study shows that the principle and the structural design of the cell are correct.
