摘要
为确定符合内燃-直线发电集成动力系统(ICLG)工作要求的电控喷油器,在分析喷油器工作原理的基础上,建立了一套用于喷油器流量特性研究的测控系统。本文利用该系统对所选用的喷油器进行了流量特性测试,得到了其动态流量特性曲线,并通过误差分析和电流信号分析,最终确定了该喷油器的喷油量计算公式,为燃油量的精确控制提供了依据。
As a new type of power source for vehicle, the internal combustion linear generator integrated power system (ICLG) has its novelty and special operation mode. A free-piston single-cylinder fourstroke SI-engine was used for ICLG. The experimental bench was used to measure flux characteristic, and the selected electronic injector has been tested to ensure its dynamic flux characteristic and ensure if it was suitable for ICLG. By experiments, the dynamic flux characteristic curve of the selected injector was obtained and the formula of computing injected fuel under certain pulse was also verified. The results laid foundation for the further research on ICLG.
