摘要
首先针对径向滑动轴承处于紊流工况时实验模型相似分析理论研究,提出了两个新观点:(1)由于润滑油温粘关系为非相似函数[2,3],因此要使径向滑动轴承实验模型与原型温度场相似,必须使模型轴承中每一点的β,ρ,CV,μ,T′与实际轴承对应点的值相同;(2)根据不同物理法则所作用的主方向不同的原则,在不同方向选取不同的长度相似比例因子[4,5],可以使径向滑动轴承紊流工况时的实验模型与原型完全相似。然后根据152mm模型轴承实验数据选用δ1=0.5的长度比例因子,列举了一个紊流相似分析方法的实例。
First, according to similarity analysis of journal bearing on turbulent conditin, two new points are proposed:(1) Since the lubricating oil temperature viscosity relation is a non similarity function , to make model bearing temperature distribution similar to that of real bearing, all the β,ρ,C V,μ,T′ of model bearing are same as that of real bearing; (2) Because different physical criteria ruled on different normal directions, selecting different scale factors in different directions to create a full similarity test model in turbulent condition is suggested. Second, An example of the above similarity method, which selects 152mm model bearing and length scale factor δ 1=0.5, is presented.
