运动员人力资本“产权困境”与俱乐部模型

The Predicament on Property Rights of Human Capital of Athletes and Club's Model

通过规范的理论分析和数学方法对运动员人力资本"产权困境"问题进行了研究,得出的主要结论:运动员人力资本的形成过程和属性决定了其产权界定的难以分割性和复杂性,从而形成了"产权困境";由于各种两难冲突的存在,产权并不是越清晰越好,产权的模糊度与产权界定成本正相关,与风险成本负相关,因而,解决当前运动员人力资本"产权困境"问题并不只是一个产权清晰界定的问题,还存在一个产权选择问题;从建立的"俱乐部模型"可知,俱乐部产权制度是适合运动员人力资本特征的最有效的产权制度。

This paper research the predicament on property rights of athletes through theoretical analysis and mathematical method. The results shows that it is very difficult and complicated to definite human capital property rights of athletes because of their development and attributes, which lead to the predicament on property rights of human capital; the obscure extent of property rights positively influences the cost to definite property rights and negatively influences the venture cost, and it is not only a problem of making property rights clear but also a problem of choosing among different types of property rights to solve the predicament on property rights of human capital of athletes ; club＇s property rights are the best institution to property rights of human capital of athletes according to the club＇ s model in this paper.
