摘要
采用问卷调查法,针对"中华"电信台湾北区分公司员工进行信息素养现状及不同背景变项间差异的探讨。在有效问卷386份下,研究发现:①员工信息素养呈中等程度,以信息伦理能力表现最佳;②员工的信息素养能力会因年龄、教育程度、工作年资、职务类别、单位层级、部门类别等不同而有所差异,且不同背景员工存在着落差。
The study investigates the information literacy of the employees of Northern Taiwan Business Group, ' Chunghwa' Telecom Company. The questionnaire survey is used to understand the situation and differences of information literacy of the employees. With 386 questionnaires of validity, the research resuhs gain two findings: (1) The degree of information literacy ability of the employees is moderate and the best ability is information ethics. (2) The differences of information literacy ability of the employees are distinct from the factors of age, education level, years of work experience, official rank, and position.
