试论新形势下政府信息公开之挑战

Challenges on the Openness of China Government Information in New Environment

针对新形势下的政府信息公开进行研究,认为当前的政府信息公开存在以下三方面的挑战:信息时代的挑战、公民意识的挑战、政府职能的挑战;并试着从政府的创新与实干、公众的权利与责任、环境的创造与维护方面提出相应的对策,以期对我国政府信息公开的进一步展开有所帮助。

Currently, there are three challenges for government information openness, which are the challenges of the information age, citizen consciousness and the government functions. The author tries to put forward some countermeasures from the following aspects ： the creativity and efficiency of the government, the rights and duties of the public as well as the foundation and maintenance of the environment. The author hopes that this will be helpful to the further development of the openness of China government information.
