The Integration of Quality Assurance in Product Design and Manufacturing

摘要 讨论了并行工程环境下产品设计和制造过程质量保证相集成的方法、策略及基本集成框架。指出该集成系统的关键是进行质量功能配置、面向制造的设计、面向装配的设计及制造过程质量的统计过程控制各种手段与方法的集成。最后给出了一个集成系统框架,并对其中的各个部分进行了详细的讨论。 The paper discusses the integration methodologies and strategies of product design and manufacturing in concurrent engineering (CE) environment. It is suggested that the key to integration is the integration of quality function deployment (QFD), design for manufacturing (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), and statistical process control (SPC). At the end, an integration framework is introduced, and the function of every part in the framework is presented in details.
