利用碳化物因子评定轴承材料疲劳寿命

摘要 接触疲劳寿命是轴承材料内在质量的综合反映。利用定量金相显微镜和图相分析仪等测试仪器,直接测定未溶碳化物所占面积百分数、平均粒度及碳化物总数,计算出碳化物因子,从而迅速确定其寿命的长短。 Contact fatigue life is comprehensive reflection of inherent quality of bearing material. Percent of area occupied by insoluble carbide, mean grain size and sum total of carbide are measured directlu with measuring instruments such as quantified metalloscope and image analyzer and carbide factor is calculated, thus amount of the life can be determined speedily.
