The Design and Realization of Hot Strip Mill Message Alarm System Based on WinCC

针对热连轧的安全生产需求,给出基于WinCC的消息报警系统设计与实现方法,该系统完成对消息的采集、归档、显示,提供实时、现场、历史消息等查询,通过与STEP7通讯,实现WinCC和S7-400中的消息传递,实验结果证明该系统具有可行性和实用性。

For the requirement of safety production of Hot Strip Mill, the design and realization methods of a WinCC-based message alarm system is given. The system completes the collection, archives and display of messages and it provides the query for real time message, plant message or history message. The message passing between WinCC and S7-400 is realized by communicating with STEP 7. The test result proves the system has feasibility and practicability.
