摘要
提出了一种基于三相SPWM逆变器的同步表模拟装置的设计方案,给出了系统总体构成和电路设计。采用IPM智能模块PS21563、三相PWM集成芯片SA8282等器件构建三相SPWM逆变器,通过单片机控制,产生两路给定频率差的正弦电压驱动同步表,并对相位差进行测量和输出。同步表模拟装置在多型舰艇电站模拟器的成功应用表明,该模拟方法控制的测量精度较高,能够实现各种类型同步表的准确仿真,具有较强的通用性。
A design scheme of synchronous-meter simulation device based on three-phase SPWM inverter is presented, and the system architecture and circuit topology are proposed. The three-phase SPWM inverter is constructed by IPM intelligent model PS21563 and three-phase PWM chip SA8282. By microcontroller, two sine voltages with given frequency are gellerated to drive the synchronous-meter, the phase contrast is measured and output at the same time. The success application of the synchronous-meter simulation device in the ship power station simulator shows that the proposed simulation method has high control accuracy, can simulate different kinds of synchronous-meter actuarially, and possesses high versatility.
