架空输电网覆冰预警系统的研究

A Research of Early Warning for Ice Coating on Overhead Transmission Line

针对电网覆冰对电网造成巨大损害,而目前没有较好的解决办法的问题,本文提出了一种新的电网覆冰问题解决方案,该方案首次把决策支持系统引入到电网覆冰预测中,通过记录大量的气象参数,对天气情况是否造成覆冰危害进行准确的预测,做到防患于未然,大大降低了覆冰的危害程度。

In responds to the problem that Wire Ice Covering makes serious damage to electric network but the technology for them is not maturity, there is a new way for Wire Ice Covering. Which introduce the DSS to early warning for Ice Coating on Transmission Line firstly, By recording a lot of Meteorological Parameter ,make a precision forecasting; At the same time, it provide against possible trouble to reduce the damage of Wire Ice Covering.
