摘要
本文指出了目前开展计算机实验教学存在的局限性，介绍了虚拟机技术的原理以及VMware软件，设计与实现了基于虚拟机技术的计算机组装和维护、操作系统、网络组建与维护、服务器配置与管理以及网络安全等多个实验，并对基于虚拟机技术的计算机实验作了评价。
The limitations of current computer experimentation teaching were pointed out. The operational principle of virtual machine and VMware were introduced. The designing of computer experiments （computer maintenance, operating system, network set up and configuration, server configuration and management, network security experiment） were explained in detail. The benefits of using virtual machine were also summarized.
