摘要
对Na2CO3胁迫下羊草(Leymuschinensis)生理和代谢变化的研究表明,在Na2CO3胁迫下,羊草幼苗叶片细胞膜相对透性增大,体内脯氨酸积累增加,无机Na+含量增多,外源脱落酸(ABA)处理可促进羊草对K+吸收,抑制Na+吸收,减轻Na+毒害,增强膜稳定性和渗透调节能力,并提高羊草生长代谢活性。
It was shown in this study that the growth of seedlings of Leymus chinensis was inhibited under a stress condition caused by sodium carbonate, with an increased degree of relative permenbility of the leaf cell membrane of the plant, that led to a high accumulation rate for proline and a high content of sodium cation in the leaf. Application of external ABA to the plant could promote the uptake of potassium while slow down that of sodium, weaken the toxic effect of the latter, enhance the stability of leaf cell membrane and its ability in regulating permeation of ions, and hence promote the growth and metabolic vigour of the plant.
