摘要
以ICP-AES法和荧光分光光度法,测定了采自甘肃省8个地区的143个牛、羊等动物被毛样中的矿物质元素(钙、磷、铜、钠、锌、锰、钴、钼、硒)含量。结果表明,甘肃省牛、羊普遍缺磷、钠、铜;部分地区牛和全部采样地区的绵、山羊表现锰营养不足;庆阳地区的牛严重缺硒;武威地区的牛和酒泉地区的绵、山羊硒营养正常;其他地区在正常值下限的上下波动。
Up to 143 samples of animal hair coats collected from 8 prefectures of Gansu province were analysed with ICP-AES method and fluorescent spectrophotometry for the content of major mineral elements, including Ca, P, Na, Zn, Mn, Cu, Co, Mo and Se. It was observed from the results that a deficiency in P, Na and Cu, respectively, widely existed in the province for cattle, sheep and goats; a deficiency in Mn existed in all the 8 prefectures for sheep and goats and in part of the prefectures for cattle; Se nutrition appears to be seriously deficient in Qingyang prefecture for cattle, normal in Wuwei prefecture for cattle and in Juquan prefecture for sheep and goats, while in all the other prefectures the content of Se fluctuates about the lower limit of the normal values for animal nutrition.
