摘要
以鞍山钢铁公司初轧厂的轧机推床电力拖动系统为改造对象,采用逻辑无环流可逆调速系统代替JFFD机组供电的直流调速系统,给出了主回路电路、控制回路电路设计方案.经系统控制模拟试验,该系统方案具有投资小、重量轻、可靠、高效、维修方便等优点.
Regarding electric traction system of mangle as converting object,in Anshang Iron and Steel Works,the circuits of major loop and designs of control loop circuit were derived from logical lossless circulating current reversible speed adjusting system,instead of JFFD direct current speed adjusting system.This system designs have some advantages through system control simulation test with a small amount investment,light,high efficiency,convenient for repairing and so on.
