Improvement of union dyeing property of Tencel/cotton mixture in deep shade

针对深色天丝/棉交织物同色性问题,探讨了各染色工艺参数对天丝和棉之间同色平衡指数等染色性能的影响;通过正交试验,选用性能优良的雷马素系列染料,确定了同色性的较佳染深色工艺,即染色温度60℃,元明粉80 g/L,纯碱27 g/L,固色时间60 min。

To improving the union dyeing property of Tencel/cotton mixture in deep shade, the effect of dyeing process conditions on the union color between Tencel and cotton was studied. The optimal union dyeing process in deep shade has been determined through orthogonal experiment, i.e. dyeing with Remazol serial dyes, with 80 g/L of sodium sulfate, and 27 g/L of soda, dyeing at 60℃ and fixation for 60 minutes.
