摘要
介绍了棉/木棉混纺产品中棉纤维和木棉纤维含量的测定方法及其不确定度的评定方法。其不确定度主要来源于A类不确定度,以及由测量纤维直径、纤维细度仪测定系统的分辨力和显微镜放大倍率产生的不确定度。在各因素中,由样品测试引入的不确定度影响最大,日常检测时应平行检验多份试样,以减小测量的不确定度。
The testing method of fiber content in cotton/kapok blended fabric and its evaluation method of uncertainty were introduced. The uncertainty mainly originated from the A class uncertainty, and others were from testing fibers diameter, fineness meters acuity and microscope magnification. In daily test, it was suggested to take more specimens for parallel test so as to improve the accuracy of test results.
