粉煤灰制备氧化铝的研究进展

Research Progress in Preparation of Alumina with Fly Ash

目前国内外由粉煤灰制备氧化铝的方法主要为酸浸法和碱熔法。分别从各制备工艺的特点、优点及其存在的问题等方面进行评述,并对其发展趋势进行了阐述。指出采用新工艺和新技术提高粉煤灰中的氧化铝的活化程度,碱熔法具有较好的工业应用前景。

There are great amount of Alumina in fly ash, so fly ash is a good resources for Alumina. At present, the preparation methods of Alumina with fly ash at home and abroad are mainly acid leaching method and alkali fusion method. The characteristic, the advantages and problems of the preparation method were described briefly in the paper, and the developing trend was also discussed. The conclusion was the new process and technology can improve activated degree of Alumina of fly ash, and the alkali fusion method enjoyed predictable industrial application prospect.
