摘要
介绍了在化工装置的管道设计中,支吊架设置的设计应严格遵循设置方法和选用原则,使支吊架间距不超过管道刚度允许值,并满足柔性要求。列举了支吊架的具体选用原则。此外,还介绍了支吊架对管道产生的一次应力和二次应力,并说明了在化工管道设计中正确设置支吊架的重要性。
It was shown that the installation of pipes supports and hangers in chemical engineering devices design should strictly comply with the correct method and selection principles for supports and hangers installation, the space between supports or hangers should not exceed the allowable value of pipe rigidity and meet the flexibility requirement of the piping system. Selection principles of supports and hangers were described in detail. The effects of supports and hangers on both primary and secondary stresses of the pipes and the importance of correct installation of supports and hangers in piping design were also described.
