肺损伤保护性因素研究进展

摘要 Bcl-2基因、一氧化氮、一氧化碳、地塞米松、谷胱甘肽和牛磺酸等因素可通过调节细胞凋亡而在肺损伤中发挥保护作用,它们有些是细胞生物因子,有些则是临床常用的药物,作用机制可能不尽相同,但均可应用于防护肺组织损伤。
