丽水市化工企业的现状及发展对策

Present Situation and Development Countermeasures of Chemical Industry Enterprises in Lishui City

在对企业调研的基础上,进行了分析和总结,概括了丽水市化工企业的基本情况,指出了存在的主要问题,结合《丽水市十一五规划纲要》,提出了丽水市化学工业发展的方向和对策,梳理了化工企业对化工人才的要求,提出了化学工程与工艺专业建设、改革及人才培养模式的思路。

On the basis of an enterprise survey, the basic situation of chemical industry enterprises in Lishni city was analyzed in this paper. The main problems of chemical industry enterprises were put forward. Combining with the ＂11th Five-Year Plan outline of Lishui Area＂, the developing direction and countermeasures of chemical industry enterprise were pointed out, the requirements of the chemical industry enterprises for talent were studied. In addi- tion, the ideas of the Chemical Engineering and Technology professional building, reform and training mode were put forward.
