摘要
采用液相分散沉淀法在常温下制备了1,4-苯二甲酸镉配合物,分别利用元素分析、热分析、红外光谱以及X射线衍射对配合物进行了表征。利用X射线衍射研究了配合物在高温下的焙烧过程,并利用红外光谱、荧光光谱以及透射电子显微镜对焙烧产物进行了表征。结果表明.将配合物在高温下焙烧可得到CdO纳米晶,晶粒平均尺寸为20~30nm。
Cadmium complex of 1,4-benzene dicarboxylic acid is synthesized by liquid dispersion deposition method at normal temperature and the complex is characterized by element analysis, thermal analysis, infrared spectrum and X-ray diffraction, respectively. The calcining process of com- plex at high temperature is investigated by X-ray diffraction and the calcinated products are charac- terized by infrared spectrum, fluorescence spectrum and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that nano-sized CdO crystals with average size of 20 - 30 nm can be obtained by calcining complex precursors at higher temperature.
