非杆件结构体系CAD系统的研究与开发

摘要 开发一种非杆件结构设计软件的CAD系统.运用ANSYS和AutoCAD的功能,结合非杆件结构设计的特点,运用参数化设计思想和方法,设计出包含结构分析模块、配筋计算模块和图形绘制模块的CAD系统.系统中利用Active Automation技术实现VB与AutoCAD的数据链接,用APDL语言对ANSYS进行二次开发实现非杆件结构的有限元分析计算,用AutoLISP对AutoCAD进行二次开发绘制非杆件结构的二维及三维配筋图.最后选用工程实例对系统进行验证,结果表明系统具有操作方便、集成化程度高、分析计算迅速可靠、配筋绘图准确、运行稳定的特点. A kind of CAD system was developed for non-pole structure. By employing the function of ANSYS and AutoCAD, referencing to design feature of non-pole structures, and using parameterization design idea and method, a CAD system was designed, where the structure analysis module, reinforcement computation module, and graphics drawing module were included. In this system the Active Automation technology was used to finish data link between VB and AutoCAD, the APDL language was used to perform secondary development of ANSYS, so that the analysis and computation of non-pole structure were implemented with FEM, and the AutoLISP was used to conduct secondary development of AutoCAD for plotting two and three-dimensional reinforcement graphics of non-pole structures. Finally, the CAD system presented was validated with an illustration of actual engineering project, showing that the system was easy to use, highly compositive, rapid and reliable for analysis and computation, accurate for reinforcement plotting, and steady to run.
