摘要 板式蒸发空气冷却器与表面蒸发式空气冷却器进行比较,板式蒸发空气冷却器具有冷却能力强、传热效率高、耗电省以及压降小等优点,非常适合占地面积紧张的干净介质冷凝冷却的场合。中国石油天然气集团新疆克拉玛依石化公司气体分馏装置于2007年5月安装了两台板式蒸发空气冷却器,但不久便因板束多次泄漏而报废。调查发现,空冷水槽内水中氯离子超标(达300 mg/L以上)以及板束存在残余应力是造成泄漏的主要原因。防护措施包括:加强空冷水箱水质管理,严格执行设备焊接和热处理规范,以及建立相应的工艺操作制度等。 As compared with surface evaporative air cooler, the plate evaporative air cooler offers advantages of greater cooling duty, higher heat transfer efficiency, lower power consumption and lower pressure drop etc. It is very applicable for clean medium cooling and installation with very limited floor space. In May 2005, two plate evaporative air coolers were installed in the LPG fractionation unit of PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Company. The two coolers were soon discarded because of frequent leakages of plate tube. The investigation found that the culprits of leaking are off - specification of chlorine ion in cooling water tank ( over 300 mg/L) and residue stress of plate tube. The protective measures are: strengthening quality management of cooling water in water tank, strictly following the specifications on equipment welding and post weld heat treatment and implementation of effective process operation procedures, etc.
