摘要
H_2S气体以及溶解氧是含硫油品储罐气相空间主要的腐蚀源。文章总结了油罐气相空间腐蚀类型,分析了工况条件下的腐蚀进程,在此基础上提出低温H_2S-H_2O-O_2腐蚀机理模型,并结合模拟试验进行了验证,实验结果和理论推测相一致。
H2S gas and dissolved oxygen are the main corrosive media in the gas -phase space of sulfur-containing oil tanks. The corrosion forms in the gas - phase space and corrosion development at the operating conditions are studied, on the basis of which the low- temperature H2S- H2O -O2 corrosion mechanism model is established and verified by simulation tests. The tests results are consistent with those of theoretical inferences.
