摘要
文章以某炼油厂三套常减压蒸馏装置为例,通过对常减压蒸馏装置塔顶腐蚀现象的分析,阐述了常减压蒸馏装置塔顶腐蚀的机理。根据实际情况,提出了加强注剂日常管理,在腐蚀严重的空冷器入口部位插入加长的钛管保护以及建立在线腐蚀监测系统等常减压蒸馏装置塔顶腐蚀防护的具体措施。
In a case study of No. 3 atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit in a refinery, the overhead corrosion of atmospheric - vacuum distillation tower was analyzed and overhead corrosion mechanisms were studied. Specific corrosion control measures were recommended such as strengthening the management of routine inhibitor injection, installation of extended Ti tubes at the inlet of air cooler for protection and establishment of on - line corrosion monitoring system, etc.
