摘要
介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂净化水再处理利用后,加氢裂化装置高压注水泵出现的机械密封磨损问题,分析认为机械密封磨损与净化水中总硬度较高、不溶性残渣的存在以及含有微量单质硫有关,提出了注水罐前增加精密过滤器和加强氮封等措施。
The HP water pump of hydrocracking unit in Shengli Refinery of SINOPEC Qilu Petrochemical Company experienced mechanical seal wearing problems after the purified water is reused. The analysis concluded that the mechanical seal wearing was the result of higher total hardness of purified water and presence of insoluble residue and trace sulfur. Installation of fine filter upstream of injection water tank and strengthening nitrogen blanketing, ete are proposed to control the wearing.
