摘要 应用结构可靠性分析的基本原理,给出了腐蚀管道剩余强度的可靠度的评价模型及评价方法,并基于传统正态分布模型求解的基础上,提出了新的模型求解方法JC算法。该方法可以适用于任何概率分布的情况,因而可以避免统计数据正态分布一刀切的缺点,科学、准确地对腐蚀管道剩余强度进行评价,并结合实际算例,给出剩余强度的评价步骤。 The reliability assessment model and evaluation method for residue strength of corroded pipelines are given by applying the basic principles of structural reliability analysis, and JC algorithm is applied in the solution of the new model based upon the conventional model for normal distribution. This method, which can be applied to any probability distribution, has overcome the shortcomings of normal distribution and can scientifically and accurately evaluate the residual strength of the corroded pipelines. The evaluation procedures are described in the calculation of a case study.
