摘要
文章分析和预测了湖南省各市州耕地和人口变化情况以及土地现实生产力和2020年土地生产力。在此基础上,分析了各市(州)土地资源现实承载力和预测了2020年土地资源承载力,并认为全省目前除湘西地区外,其他地区都处于略有盈余状态,到2020年土地资源承载力超载地区将增加,长株潭等地区也将由现在的盈余地区转为基本平衡地区。最后提出协调人地关系的对策与建议。
This article analyze the population and arable land, as well as changes in land productivity and realistic projections of the cities in Hunan province .It aslo pre - estimate the production potential of land in 2020. Based on the above analysis, it analyze real land carrying capacity of the states and pre-estimate land carrying capacity in 2020.In conclusion： at present, in addition to the Xiangxi area of the province, other parts of the state are in a slight surplus. But by 2020, the amout of regions land carrying capacity will increase. Such as Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region will from the current food surplus areas to a basic balance Area. Finally, it give the suggestions of coordinate the relation of man and land.
