摘要
分析了当前直吹式双进双出钢球磨煤机料位测量装置存在的缺陷,开展了磨煤机给煤特性的研究分析。基于大量的试验数据,掌握了实际料位与磨煤机各主要参数的关系,设计了仿真2位计算模型,通过计算得到能够反映磨煤机大罐存煤情况的仿真料位,设计了与之配套的先进控制策略。投入料位自动后,对仿真料位自动进行了稳态、定值扰动和AGC变负荷试验考核,各项指标满足机组运行要求,通过1年多的运行,效果良好。
The defects existing in material level measurement equipment of current direct blow double inlet and outlet tube mill were analyzed. Based on mass test data, the internal relationship between material level and main parameters of coal pulverizer was known. A two digit simulation calculation mode was designed and a simulating material level reflecting coal storage condition of coal mill big pot was got after calculation. After level automation was put into operation, the stable disturbance, fixed value disturbanee, and AGC variable load test were checked, the results indicated that eaeh index satisfied the unit operation requests. After one year's operation, it achieved good effect.
