摘要 目的评价Pentacam三维眼前节分析仪测量中央角膜厚度的准确性。方法分别使用Pentacam三维眼前节分析仪和A超角膜测厚仪测量75例(150眼)门诊病人的中央角膜厚度,比较两种方法得到的测量结果,并做相关分析。两种方法测得值相差在±25μm之内者,认定为结果相符。结果Pentacam三维眼前节分析仪测得中央角膜厚度为(535.42±25.27)μm,A超角膜测厚仪测得中央角膜厚度为(539.65±37.23)μm,两种测量结果间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经相关分析显示具有相关性(P<0.01)。结果符合率为94.67%。结论Pentacam三维眼前节分析仪测量中央角膜厚度结果准确,有较好的临床应用前景。 Objective To assess the accuracy of Pentacam Scheimpflug imaging system in the measurement of central corneal thickness. Methods A-scan ultrasound pachymetry and Pentacam Scheimpflug imaging system were used to measure the central corneal thickness on 75 outpatients( 150 eyes). The results were compared. If the difference between these two methods was within -25 -25 um, the results were considered as coincidence. Results The value of central corneal thickness measured by the Pentacam Scheimpflug imaging system was (535.42 ± 25.27 ) um. The value of central corneal thickness measured by A-scan ultrasound pachymetry was (539.65 ±37.23) um. There was no significant difference between the results of there two methods(P 〉0.05). There was a significant linear correlation between the two methods(P 〈 0. 01 ). Coincidence rate was 94.67%. Conclusion The results obtained by Pentacam Scheimpflug imaging system are accurate, suggesting the Pentacam system a promising new instrument for central corneal thickness evaluation.
