卫生杀虫气雾剂中一组三元复配配方筛选研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的筛选具有优良击倒和致死性能的气雾杀虫剂三元复配配方。方法玻璃瓶药膜法。结果当胺菊酯与富右旋反式烯丙菊酯进行复配筛选时,配比范围在1∶0.625-1∶1.2的9个配比,其KT50的共毒系数大于120,表现显著增效作用。结合全倒时间、实际可能使用剂量等指标,选择了胺菊酯与富右旋反式烯丙菊酯的2.5+2、3+2.5、3.5+1.5等3个击倒剂组合,用来筛选致死剂。每组合与氯氰菊酯不同剂量进行复配筛选表明:15个组合均有良好的击倒性和致死性,KT50范围为2.94-3.90 m in,24 h死亡率范围为72.14%-98.75%。结论以KT50的共毒系数和24 h死亡率的增效效果来综合评价,选择了胺菊酯、富右旋反式烯丙菊酯、氯氰菊酯以2.5+2.0+2.0、2.5+2.0+2.5、3.0+2.5+2.5、3.0+2.5+3.0、3.5+1.5+2.5、3.5+1.5+2.5等6个三元复配组合供开发选择。 Objective To screen mixed pyrethroids with excellent knocking down and killing efficacy for public health aerosol insecticides. Methods Glass-bottle residual film to determine insecticide contact including knocking-down and killing activities. Results Knocking-down screening showed that ratio of tetramethrin to rich-d- transallethrin was 1 : 0. 625 N 1 : 1.2. The CTCs were all over 120 and the synergistic effects were remarkable. According to entirely knock-down time and practicality dosage, three knock-down ratios of tetramethrin to rich-d-transal- lethrin 2. 5 + 2, 3 + 2. 5, 3. 5 + 1.5 were selected. Killing screening showed that 15 disposals were all excellent with knocking and killing, their KTs0 was 2. 94 - 3.90 min and 24h mortality was 72. 14% - 98.75%. Conclusion Depending on CTCs of KTs0, entirely knock-down time, synergistic effect and practicality dosage, six mixed three-py- rethroids are selected. These ratios of tetramethrin to rich-d-transallethrin to cypermethrin are 2. 5 + 2. 0 + 2. 0, 2. 5 +2.0+2.5, 3.0+2.5 +2.5, 3.0 +2.5 +3.0, 3.5 + 1.5 +2.5, 3.5 +1.5 +2.5 and all fit for aerosol insecticides.
